We know you and your cat can't wait — here's everything you need to know about how we get ABUSUAPAWS to your door.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day of being placed (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 US states. Available shipping options and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout. As a general guide:

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, especially during peak seasons, may affect timelines.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS. We also do our best to accommodate APO/FPO addresses — please select USPS at checkout for these destinations.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.


Please note:


  • Delivery times vary by destination — international orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after processing, depending on the country and shipping method selected.

  • Customs, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are set by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total. We cannot predict what these charges may be — please check with your local customs office before ordering.

  • International shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections, which are outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@abusuapaws.com with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We'll work with you to make it right.


We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
